How does it work?

Glad you asked. Our Price Beater Promise applies to made to measure fitted wardrobes and walk-in wardrobes.

This can include open wardrobes, or wardrobes which include sliding doors. To qualify, both the furniture and entire order must be like-for-like.

 

4 Criteria For A Price Beater:

 

PRODUCT QUALITY

Our cabinetry is made from 18mm thick MFC (melamine-faced chipboard), including solid backs, sides and tops of equal thickness, plus plinths and side scribe panels.

Every panel of our furniture is in your desired colour & finish. This includes the backs, shelves, base and top - unlike some companies who provide coloured doors and then plain interiors.

To qualify, the rival furniture must match or better this standard.

 

FINISHING TOUCHES

All of our made to measure wardrobes (plus our chests of drawers, bedside tables and dressing tables) come with soft-close doors & drawers, plus 155° wide-angle hinges as standard.

To qualify, the rival quote must include these on all parts of the wardrobe. They can be optional upgrades, but must be included in the overall quote price to be matched.

 

WARRANTY

Furniture from Online Bedrooms comes with an industry-leading 15 year guarantee. If the furniture cabinetry fails through any material defects or workmanship issues arising from manufacture then we will replace the affected parts or the entire item free of charge at any time within 15 years from date of delivery.

In order to qualify, the rival furniture must come with a cabinet structure guarantee of at least 15 years.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Our made to measure furniture is delivered to the customer within 4 weeks of the order being confirmed by way of payment being made.

In order to qualify, the rival furniture must be able to be delivered within 4 weeks of the order being placed, with this being provided in writing by the retailer. 

 

How to make a claim

If you have a Price Beater Promise claim that you think is valid, meeting all of the criteria above, then please let your designer know.

You must provide a full, written quote from the retailer in question. This must be a formal quote which includes a quote number and date. Hand-written quotes will not be accepted.

The terms and conditions of sale, plus the warranty and lead time information must also be provided in writing. The lead time can be in email form from the retailer. The warranty and terms of conditions must be freely available on their website. 

Your claim will be checked by our team and we'll let you know the outcome within 2 working days.
