How It Works

  1. Initial Quote and Design: Submit your measurements and specifications through our website Your friendly designer will create a 3D design and full quotation for your review.

  2. Automatic Guarantee: Once you place your order, you are automatically covered by our PerfectFit Promise, guaranteeing that your furniture will fit provided the initial measurements are correct.

  3. Optional Re-measurement: For extra peace of mind, you can re-measure your space at the point of order confirmation. Our Order Processing team will then double-check these new measurements against the original ones and the design at no extra cost.

  4. Final Adjustments: If there are any discrepancies found during the optional re-measurement process, we’ll contact you to confirm details and make necessary adjustments to the design.

  5. Production and Delivery: We manufacture and deliver your furniture.

Terms & Conditions

Measurement Submission: Customers can opt to re-measure their space at the point of order confirmation. Failure to submit new measurements will result in the order being processed based on the initial design and quote.

Replacement Policy: If the furniture does not fit and the customer has measured their space correctly, we will replace the necessary panels or parts to ensure a perfect fit, if those parts that were originaly supplied were not sufficient to ensure a floor-to-ceiling or wall-to-wall fit. If original parts have been modified incorrectly during installation, these will be replaced but this will be chargeable. If the measurements provided by the customer were incorrect or insufficient for the space, we will replace the parts as needed, but these will be chargeable to the customer.

Exclusions: We will only replace parts and components if those originally supplied were not sufficient to ensure a perfect fit. If original parts have been modified during installation and are no longer fit for use, we will replace these but this will be chargeable to the customer. We will not compensate for any additional installation costs or consequential costs that may occur. These include, but are not limited to, installation costs, costs of third-party contractors, and time off work.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their measurements. We encourage and give opportunity to customers to re-submit new measurements shortly after confirming the order with payment, which our internal teams will check against the design.

Installation Errors: The PerfectFit Promise does not cover installation errors or damage caused during installation.
