Delivery Information
All our furniture is made to order and delivered to your home, flat-packed with instructions for easy self-assembly.
This whole process normally takes just 2-4 weeks on average.

What are Front Frame Wardrobes?
Put simply, it's a wardrobe that has no internal carcass, with no solid backs, sides, tops or base. Our face frame fitted wardrobes are a made to measure frame system made from 18mm MFC that the doors hang on, with some side scribe panels on each side, then plinths on the top and bottom to give the full fitted wardrobe look.
Face frame wardrobes are different to fully fitted wardrobes. They are not genuinely made to measure, they are made to order and some cutting is required during installation.
The internal options include hanging rails, shelving and drawers, with combinations of all three in various sizes. Any shelving and drawer systems still benefit from our fantastic quality 18mm MFC, but in a fixed colour. These units have no backs to keep costs low.

1. The Door & Frame Set
To ensure a perfect fit, your frame configuration is determined by the number of doors you choose:
- 2 Doors: 1x Double Frame
- 3 Doors: 1x Double Frame + 1x Single Frame
- 4 Doors: 2x Double Frames
- 5 Doors: 2x Double Frames + 1x Single Frame
- 6 Doors: 3x Double Frames
- 7 Doors: 3x Double Frames + 1x Single Frame
Note: All doors are supplied in even sizes for a symmetrical look.
2. Finishing Components
- Structural: Bottom Box Section / Plinth Box Section
- Plinths: 1x Top Plinth & 1x Bottom Plinth
- Infill Panels: 2x Side Infills (Scribe panels)
3. Wall-to-Wall Customisation
We automatically adjust your infill panels to be end panels, based on your answer to the 'Wardrobe Layout' question:
- Between Two Walls: 2x End Panels (replaces both infills)
- Against One Wall: 1x End Panel + 1x Infill
- Free Standing / No Walls: 2x Side Infills
Note: All door handles are sold separately. You can choose your own from our online range, or fit your own.

What is the depth needed to install them?
When planning your space, please note the footprint of the frame and internals:
Door & Frame Only
- 140mm depth.
With Internal Cabinets:
The depth of your internal storage is determined by your total available space:
- Under 600mm total depth: Storage is 320mm deep.
- 600mm - 699mm total depth: Storage is 460mm deep.
- 700mm+ total depth: Storage is 560mm deep.
Delivery & Returns
How much will delivery cost?
- £89 delivery charge if the order is under £1500, and delivery is not long distance.
- Orders over £1500 are offered with free delivery.
If you live in Scotland, Cornwall, Devon or not mainland UK, this is classed as long distance and delivery cost is £199 on all orders.
When will it be delivered?
Due to items being made to order, delivery can take 2-4 weeks.
Do we accept returns?
Due to all of out items being made to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns.
